Graphics/Web Management

• Created and maintained five websites using hand-coded html, JavaScript, and CSS, then later via a “content management system”.
• Filmed, edited and published over 30 video interviews via embedded videos into websites, utilized video playlists, and youtube placement for search engine effectiveness.
• Created podcasts, broadcasted live video and maintained ministry Facebook accounts, events and ads resulting in furthering the Gospel message in Hungary.
• Overcame search-engine ranking problems resulting in high rankings in Google and managed Google-AdWords campaigns.
• Managed web-based learning system, resulting in more efficient use of campus printers and resources. Investigated and supervised the upgrade of learning system.
• Managed domain names, email system, minor web server management.
• Sent out updates about the ministry by creating email newsletters, sending them to over 1,000 people and managing email lists.

Related Accomplishments during this period (in my free time)

• Problem: Almost no Audio Bible Studies on the web in Hungarian
  Solution: Gathered Calvary Chapel Bible study mp3s and posted them online resulting in 700 unique visitors per month.

• Problem: Calvary Chapel Churches in Hungary and Poland had no web presence or ineffective websites
  Solution: Got the churches free webhosting via the server used by Calvary Chapel Budapest then set up 16 of the churches with websites that are easy to manage resulting in effective web presences.
  
  
• Problem: Many churches were unable to support and troubleshoot their web presence
  Solution: Provided tech support for approximately 30 Calvary Chapel Church websites in Hungary, Austria, England, Czech Republic, New Zealand, Poland and America. (plus the 8 CCBCE websites).

• During this time I also enjoyed teaching the Bible on occasion, and with my wife, doing pre-marital counseling, and young-couple Bible study groups.
